Drinking Coffee Linked To Lower Body Fat For Women

Researchers at The Journal of Nutrition have found out that women who drink at least 2 cups of coffee daily have lower body fat.

The researchers believe that coffee is loaded with bioactive compounds and that could be helping regulate weight. They saw the same effect no matter the age of the women.

“It could be that coffee, or its effective ingredients, could be integrated into a healthy diet strategy to reduce the burden of chronic conditions related to the obesity epidemic” – Dr. Lee Smith

I would like to see this study on men of various ages. It would be interesting if coffee as this effect on women of all ages, but not on Men of all ages.
