How To Prevent Getting The Common Cold In The Fall/Winter
The crisp, cool air of fall and winter brings with it a host of seasonal joys, from pumpkin spice lattes to cozy nights by the fire.
Unfortunately, it also brings an unwelcome guest: the common cold. With its runny nose, sore throat, and fatigue, the cold can quickly dampen your spirits. But fear not, By following these simple tips, you can significantly reduce your chances of catching a cold and enjoy a healthy fall and winter.
